White Chocolate Peppermint Chocolate Cookies
Whew! That title seems a little redundant, but these cookies are my very favorite Christmas sweets! The soft, chocolatey cookies are dipped in smooth, melted white chocolate and topped with crushed peppermint pieces.
I like a mixture of large and small peppermint pieces on top. I love it when the peppermint gets a bit soft when you bite into it! Yum!
These cookies get their chocolate flavor from unsweetened baking chocolate, and are combined with sugar, margarine, shortening, milk, egg, vanilla, and a mix of dry ingredients into the most delicious chocolate cookies I’ve ever had. A few years ago my family added the white chocolate coating and peppermint to make them festive!
